This practice starts with your whole story: a free 15-minute consultation, a comprehensive evaluation across two 60-minute sessions, a formulation drawn from seven streams of understanding, and the same psychiatrist at every visit.

Care runs in two currents. Healing is support and regulation for a nervous system on alert, and the resolution of fear, grief, and shame. Ascent is the training of mental fitness: calibrated challenge, trainable emotional performance, and the building of what carries you. You choose where to begin, and the current can change at any visit.
